They call it “Black Friday,” but everything is pretty much the same color today as it was yesterday, right? There doesn’t seem to be a particular “blackness” today that wasn’t present this whole week.
Why don’t we just call it, “Good Shopping Deals Friday?” That makes things pretty clear without having to endlessly beat around the bush like a bunch of aimless bozos and bozettes.
“Cyber Monday?” Now, that name makes sense. All the deals are CYBER, and it takes place on a Monday. No issues here.
“Black Friday?” Inaccurate name. Fix it immediately.
