I think public urination should be totally legal.
Sometimes, you just gotta let it rip, but there are no urinals/toilets to be found. Animals in the wild don’t search all over the forest scouring for a urinal—they just go for it.
When it comes down to it, there’s no reason why we SHOULDN’T publicly urinate, aside from indecent exposure.
I understand why dumping out in public is illegal—that’s a straight-up health code violation. It’s endangering those around you.
Urine, on the other hand (I understand that this phrase implies I have feces on one hand and urine on the other, but that’s a sacrifice I have to make), is not unsafe for those around it, as far as I know. It’s mostly water and salt—right?
I don’t know—I think it seems only natural to let people do their thing.
