You know what horrifies me?
What horrifies me is the idea that, though I personally don’t possess the power of telepathy, those around me very well may.
Most of my thoughts are angry ones, if I’m being totally honest. I wouldn’t consider myself to be an optimist. In fact, I think if people were able to read my mind, they’d be rather disturbed after doing so.
I don’t appreciate my ability to have an inner monologue nearly enough. If I were forced to vocalize every thought that ever pops into my head, I’d be super alienating to people.
I’m very good at masking actual hatred towards people with basic human decency and acceptable manners.
