I find myself spinning my fountain pen around my fingers more and more these days.
It’s a good time.
Fortunately, it’s not as lame as having a fidget spinner. Nope.
Fidget spinners are for nerds. Fidget fountain pens are for high-level executives.
There’s only one downside. My pen is matte black.
Why is this an issue?
If my pen was more of a shiny chrome instead of the black that it is, light would glisten off it, allowing it to shine and twinkle like a star with every rotation.
It’d attract so many eyes. Then, everybody would be impressed with my fidget fountain pen capabilities.
Instead, I fidget solely for my own enjoyment. Nobody’s here to watch me fidget.
Oh, but I wish I had an audience.
