Today is the first day of Bloodclot Films’ website makeover.
This post, if you did in fact (for some strange reason) decide to read some of our older posts and are actually reading this right now, was actually backdated to fulfill the “daily” aspect of The Daily Clot.
You see, normally, during renovations similar to the one we’re currently engaged in, we would normally continue uploading new posts, but there are extenuating circumstances. The Daily Clot, I’m ashamed to admit, has become too long.
As our devotees may be well aware, The Daily Clot was initially one long, novel-length page rather than a series of separate pages for each post. After about 6 and a half months, the page became so long that our website host would no longer let us update it. As a result, knowing that every word in The Daily Clot provides invaluable content to each of your lives, we knew we had to make changes quickly.
And so, we’re currently undergoing a tremendous “website makeover,” which I’ve been handling over the past few weeks. When you have this much content, though, it takes a LOT of time.
I haven’t been sleeping.
I’ve taken to hiring interns to handle some other mundane (but necessary) tasks that I haven’t been able to get to due to my preoccupation with this makeover.
I’ve been paying my interns with nothing more than Barq’s Root Beer and chocolate-covered malted milk balls (and they couldn’t be happier).
Until next time,
