Here I go backdating posts again to make it look like I’ve been keeping up to date.
Our loyal readers probably thought I died, but nope. Still here.
Those who have no loyalty to The Daily Clot probably didn’t even recognize my absence (and therefore wouldn’t really care if I died, which is unfortunate, but also very realistic).
Quercus Suber.
What’s that?
Cork. That’s right. CORK, as in the wine bottle stoppers.
Cork is great. It’s buoyant, durable, cheap, and environmentally friendly.
We should start printing books out on thin sheets of cork. Then, our books will float, and they won’t be ruined by water (or wine).
Until next time,
